Sukkot, beginning on the fifteenth of Tishrei, is the seven-day Festival of Booths, marked by dwelling in the sukkah and taking up the Four Species (lulav, hadas, aravot, and etrog).
In Moroccan and other Maghrebi communities, Sukkot liturgy includes festival and Kabbalistic piyutim. Among the best known is Sukkah Ve-Lulav, composed in Meknes by Rabbi Moshe Adahan (17th–18th centuries), which became a central Sukkot piyut across North African and Mediterranean Sephardic communities (National Library of Israel; Piyyutim of North America). Moroccan families also preserve nightly readings for the Seven Ushpizin from the Sephardic Sukkot book Hamad Elohim, along with related customs of the festival week (Rabbi Daniel Bouskila, "My Moroccan Succoth," jewishideas.org).
